Log on to NetBank or the CommBank app, and visit the Redeem Travel page on the Awards website.
Scroll to the Qantas section, enter your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, select ‘Opt-in’ and follow the prompts.

Call: CommBank Awards on 13 1661, 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday (Sydney/Melbourne time).
